Is the massage painful?

The intensity of the massage is adjusted individually based on your needs and preferences. It should not be overly painful.

How do I choose the right type of massage?

If you're unsure, feel free to contact us – we’ll help you select the most suitable treatment for your situation.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No, you can book a massage without a referral.

Can I come to the massage if I have a cold?

It is not recommended. If you're sick or have flu symptoms, please cancel and rebook once you're well.

Do I get a receipt?

Yes, you will receive a digital receipt.

Do I need to confirm the booking afterwards?

No, once you’ve booked online, your appointment is automatically confirmed.

Can I pay with cash?

Yes, you can pay by cash, card, or MobilePay at the appointment.

Can pregnant clients come for massage?

Yes, but the stage of pregnancy and general health condition affect which treatment is most suitable. Please mention the pregnancy when booking so we can make proper arrangements.

What should I wear to the massage?

Wear comfortable clothes. During the massage, the treated area is uncovered while the rest of the body remains covered with a towel if needed.

Do you offer home or workplace visits?

Yes I do! But these appointments can only be done face to face, by calling or email, not on the appointment calender.

How often should I get a massage?

This depends on your goals and physical condition. Relaxation massage may be suitable monthly, while athletes may benefit from weekly sessions. Ask for personalized recommendations during your first visit.

Is jaw muscle massage painful?

It is not painful, but may feel slightly uncomfortable at times. The treatment is always performed gently and with your comfort in mind.

Can I get a massage right after exercising?

Light massage may be suitable right after training, but deep tissue massage is best 1–2 days post-exercise to support recovery.
